My art is about self-discovery. From beginnings as a traditional artist mostly focusing on ink and sharpie illustration, my artistic practice collapsed in on itself when I realized I needed to include the performance arts in my pieces. And so, I turned to the media of Film. Through my cinematography, I answer the question, “How does my visual art background influence the way I perceive acting, directing, and screenwriting?” My films allow audiences to see themselves in the plots I orchestrate, almost in the way we can see ourselves through ripples and distortions in puddles.
